Anime Trendy? Before I go on, I really hope Gaile is ok~ =( I wish the best for her recovery~

Been busy lately. School is getting more and more stressful. u.u But anyway~ Has anyone noticed how trendy anime is becoming? I just started seeing a couple of western cartoons that are trying to be anime now. o.O (e.g. Totally Spies and Teen Titans) There's nothing wrong with that, it's just weird. Cuz they can't seem to get the whole anime thing down right. They way they add in expressions at the most awkward moments to make it seem funny. They kinda overdo it in some areas. ^^;;

Just my thought on that. X3

New CG piece~ ^^ Click on the picture for the original~ I just thought saving a picture as a gif with 8 colors looked so pretty. I always do that whenever I save my drawings. XD Preview the gif optimization with different amount of colors. Makes a neat effect. ^^

Too much procrascinating. Wtf. I am the worst procrascinator in the world. I have a revised proposal due, and report/3d cardboard letter/presentation due next week. Oh yeah, along with my films and contact sheet. Eugh. I also had a choice of redoing my illustrations~ My teacher said they were really beautiful, but he couldn't use them as a logo. X_X I don't really wanna do it, cuz he keeps changing what he wants. He told me to do one thing, and I do it, but then he tells me to change it. o_O
I might redo one or 2.

I was playing Disgaea for 3 hours today. Ehehe. Finally decided to play it. I didn't wanna do my homework at all.. XD But anyway, that game is so fun~! Graphics are so cute! I love 2d sprite graphics~! It's alot like tactics, but there are extra little things. Like this geo crystal thing. It's really cool~ o.O Alot weird jokes in there too. X3

Yeah ok, I'll shut up now. There's absolutely nothing exciting right now becuz school is sooooo boring. I'm just keeping those who are interested updated. X3

Oh X3 someone asked me if I wanted to join this project. This guy does flash animations I think, and he asked if I wanted to particpate in it. I guess I would design. I can't animate worth shit. Even pixel designs. ^^; I'm not good with frame by frame stuff. I said it seemed interesting, but I wouldn't be really involved in it, since I don't have time. Another guy asked me if I would draw pictures for various products. X3 He said if my items were popular enough, he would pay a commission fee. OoO. I'm very interested in that. =D

New Driving Rules New driving rules started yesterday in BC. I honestly think it's a load if crap. When you go renew your learner's license, they make you re-take the new test. o_O WTF.. I heard that the new test is 150 questions now. Before it was 50. Hell fucking no. o_O; I don't want to take the test over again, that's so dumb! X_X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's one of the choices. The 2 other choices are to receive a driving prohibition.. no thanx. Or pass the road test. I haven't taken my road test yet. X3 Since I got my learners (2 years ago XD and I haven't renewed it since! Shit. XD XD XD ), I didn't seriously start learning til this year. Before that no one would teach me. o_o;

But anyway, my road test is next week. I plan on passing it. But the rules of novice drivers have changed as well. If only my test was before yesterday, I would have to follow the new rules. X_x I made an appointment for a road test more than a month ago. They had no openings til now. Before the "N" drivers basically had the priviledges as class 5 drivers. But now there are all these rules, like only 1 passenger unless you have a parent. o_o That is so lame. Might as well just get your mom to drive you and friends around.

BC is nice to visit. But if you plan on living here, and you don't have your license, GET IT AT THE NEXT PROVINCE OVER. X_X

Other than that, I burnt my thumb using the glue gun today. Now I have really nice pus pockets. o_o They look great. But they hurt like a fucking bitch.

Copy Copy. X3 WTF. XD XD She totally ripped my entire layout. If you're gonna copy, you should at least not make it so goddamn fucking obvious. XD People can be so dumb, I swear. I had this girl steal 2 of my CGs. She had cropped them so fucking bad, I started to laugh. I wonder what goes through these people's heads when they're ripping someone.

Anyway, I did a sketch CG~ LJ users can view it here~ For my bf. ^^ I'm doing a theme of halloween CGs. X3 Cuz my boyfriend's birthday is on halloween! *dresses him up as captain planet* XD Hope you like it hunny~ X3 Oh yeah, this is Alice in wonderland. ^^

-_-' Anyway, that person who copied my layout basically direct linked off my server as well. So I changed her header. She didn't do that.

I'm becoming suspicious of this thieft. This person is extremely passive. I'm getting rather sick of it. It's just so suspicious. Wherever the hell I am, it seems to follow me. I better buy some of those post it notes to remind me not to announce where my next sign up is going to be.

That's why I don't have a whole lot of people added to this journal. I can't trust too many people cuz it could be a certain someone. So I mostly added those who I met on the net a while back either through webpages and boards.

Anyway, I feel like vectoring.

This guy is scary Ok, I agreed to let this guy use my art for shirts. He said he would offer me a commission fee if my pictures sell well. But I recently got msgs from people not to do it, cuz he probably won't make me any money. And I read his journal entry. o_o;; He sounds so crazy and insane. o_o;; Over someone who turned him down. o_o;;; Oh shit. I'm scared. XD XD I'm gonna email him tomorrow and ask him a couple of questions.

Anyway, I didn't take my road test, cuz my learners was expired.. Ehehe. o_o; So I HAD to take the knowledge test again. Good news, the rumor about the test being 150 questions was just a rumor. Bad news. I had to redo it again. Basically, once your learners expires, you have to start from scratch and earn it all over again. This is just a load of bullshit. Won't most people just rush to get their "N" (Novice license) so they don't have to do take the test again?

Basically, you have to pay for everything when it comes to driving here. $15 to take the knowledge test, for god knows why. You're just taking a test on the computer. And if you pass, you have to pay another $10. -_-' BC is trying to suck out as much money from us as possible. Me and my friend were talking about how expensive it is just to drive around here, or get your license. My parents have basically given up on my brother passing the knowledge test. X3 He failed 4 times. So there goes $60.

Eugh.. BC is going to hell.. first all the horrible education cuts, layoffs, and now getting your license is more expensive and tougher to get.

Oh yeah, I passed the test. It was EASY.

Whoa o.O! Hmmm! After reading everyone's reply, seems like the government either doesn't want us to get a license, or they just want money. o_o Basically they're charging us on something we really need, becuz they know we'll pay for it. Tricky. *evil eye*

Anyway, I don't think that guy will find my page. Well, even if he does, he can whine all he wants. -_-' I was intimidated yesterday, but when I read his new journal entry on his RIDICULOUS reaction someone's email, I was horribly disgusting how unprofessional was. So I emailed him, and commented on his journal that I'm backing out. If you haven't read his new journal entry, the link is in my las entry. -_-'

If there's anyone I know that's really professional, it's my boyfriend! *hugs* He works with clients everyday and HE knows what professionalism is.

Busy. o_o Been awhile. I've been working on school projects. It's not over yet. Essay due on wed, illustrations due monday and LOTS of photography stuff. I have to redo projects 1 and 2 cuz my film came out crappy as hell. =( At least it's not due til end of semester.. which is Nov. 28th. O_O! THANK GAWD!

I know you all think "omg, Nov 28th?? That's it?? LUCKY!" Not really! That means we have less time to work on all the projects given to us from all classes. I have 5 courses a week. X3 That means only one class per week. We only have 2 weeks to do our projects. It may sound like alot, but it's not. You get so many thrown at you, you don't realize when the due date is. @_@ Not to mention 40 people have to share 12 macs.. o_o 1st and 2nd year graphic designers~

So from now and until Nov 28th, I have to work on 2 essay drafts, 4 photography assigments, 2 illustration assigments with the thumbnail and research process, a nicely bound proposal that looks like our book, and yeah, the book itself. o_o I don't know how to bind books. o_o

But I don't have to worry about that just yet.. I just gotta start early on book project and start snappin' pics.. X3

Wish my luck people! X3 If I don't come back, you know where I am. o_o

I'm gonna play gbound now. >.>;
